Cai Be is a charming town of Tien Giang Province, which is located on the bank of Tien River (The Upper Mekong River) with its population is bout 15,000 people, it is not far away from Hochiminh City (about 1,5 hour drive). There are condensed fruit and vegetable gardens,( the most famous fruits are jact-fruit and durian), traditional crafts, trading businesses for generations and many traditional old houses( more than 100 years old), which can be visited. Cai Be floating market is one of the most famous places for tourism in Mekong Delta, the French Catholic Church (1935) in the background of the floating market to make the town more impresive!, the best place for taking pictures.
The system of transportations are very good , which discover by boats on small canals to see daily life of locals on the both sides, and by bike on concrete narrow paths along the rivers in quiet villages., 
 

The Biking Itinerary:
Hochiminh City- Cai Be- Hochiminh City( L ) Cycling 35km- 40km:
You will be picked up by your bike guide at 7:30 AM from your hotel and take one and a half hour drive to out of Saigon/ Hochiminh City to Cai Lay where we start the bike ride along small canals in quiet villages of  tropical fruits, this place is well known for jackfruits, rambutans, durians (a kind of spiky fruits, someone can't eat that because of its smell) It is often to see where locals sell a different kind of fruits on the ways, we have a chance to taste some of them and talk to locals!. After we had done 25km, we take a boat trip to visit Cai Be floating market (one of the famous floating market in the Mekong Delta!) the whole sale market, where tropical fruits and vegetables are sold. If you want to know what they sell we can recognize from bamboo poles, they hang what they sell in front of the boats. Stopping in riverside villages and then take a short walk around to see how locals make coconut candy, pop- corn, rice crispy...and lunch stop at local restaurant.
Afternoon bike ride around Cai Be and along the system of the Upper Mekong River, we will see local riverside market (CaiBe market) on the ways, it is the best local market for tourist to have a look around!. Heading back to Saigon.
