This is a verdant mountainous island with a population of about 99,000 people, about 45km in the Gulf of Thailand and West of Ha Tien, Phu Quoc's beache is one of the best one in Vietnam. The Island is about 50 km with an area of 576 sq km. It provides fantastic fishing for the locals and water is clear and calm. It is great for swimming and snorkeling and features some of the finest coconut tree- lined beaches in Viet Nam, especially in the Southern part of the island. Phu Quoc has an area of 576 sq km and is roughly the size of Singapore. There are more than 100km of beach and thousands of sq km of fishing area. The Biking Itinerary:
Day 1: Sai Gon- Ben Tre(L,D) Cycling 50 km:
You will be picked up at 8:00 from your hotel for 1, 5 hour drive from a sleepless Sai Gon/ Hochiminh City to My Tho City, after crossing over a long cable stayed bridge to Ben Tre, the home town of coconut plantation in Mekong Delta. We start cycling on single tracks and concrete paths in peaceful villages with thousands of high coconuts on the both sides and weaving in gardens of tropical fruits and nursery tree gardens ( young trees, bonsai and flowers...) we have a chance to stop to see how the young trees were grafted. Overnight at homestay, you have a chance to cook with homestay owner!

Day 2: Ben Tre- Cai Be- Can Tho City( B,L,D) Cycling 65km:
After having breadfast, taking a morning bike ride on concrete paths along natural creeks in tropical fruit gardens. Stopping at the boat station for a boat trip to Cai Be floating market, where locals buy fruits and vegetable from whole-sale market. It is easy to recognize what are they selling from what they hung on the bamboo poles in front of the boats and then stop in riverside villages and take a short walk around to see how to make coconut candy, rice crispy, rice paper... and take the boat to local restaurant for lunch.
The afternoon bike ride in peaceful villages on the islands. Taking a short ferry trip across The Upper Mekong River to Vinh Long City where we discover local market with different kind of fruits, vegetables, snakes, turtles, frogs, rat...and drive to Cantho City for overnight.

Day 3: Can Tho City- Rach Gia City( B,L) Cycling 55 km: 
After enjoying an early breakfast, we take a morning boat to Cai Rang floating market, this is perhaps the best floating market in the Mekong Delta with many motor-boats and rowing- boats exchanging their products.
 Taking a drive to out of Can Tho City for a ride in quiet villages with different kind of fruits on the both side of cycling routes and drive straight to Rach Gia City, stay overnight in here for a boat trip to Phu Quoc Island in the next morning.
