TERMS & PAYMENT

*Advance Reservation:
 When you are ready to book a tour. Please, following these simple steps below:
1-Clicking "Book this tour"and fill in the booking form and send it to Vietnam Bike Adventures by Email.
2-Vietnam Bike Adventures Company will send back to you a booking conformation within 24 hour.
3-After agreement, sent 30% deposit of your tour cost to Vietnam Bike Adventures Company's bank account to hold your booking( Client will cover all fees of money transfer to the bank account of Vietnam Bike Adventures Company 2.0% by wire money transfer).
4-After receiving a diposit, the conformation and agreement of the tour booking between us have to be in writing via Email.
*Final Payment:
The balance of your payment will be paid on the trip depature date.
*Cancellation Policy:
After booking the trip, If Vietnam Bike Adventures Cancel the trip, 100% of the diposit will be refunded or Client cancels the reservation, below cancellation fee is applied:
 From 30 days before the tour starts, charge 10% of the deposit.
 From 29 days to 20 days before the tour starts, charge 25% of deposit.
 From 19 days to 15 days before the tour starts, charge 50% of deposit.
 From 14 days to 9 days before the tour start, charge 90% of deposit.
 Less than 9 days or no show before the tour starts, no refund.
*Insurance:
 We do not provide travel insurance, you are strongly recommended to arrange your own insurance in advance before the trip departure.
*Meals:
 Meal are included as mention on itinerary. If you have special diet,  you are a vegetarian or allergic to certain foods, please make a note of this on the tour booking form.
*Accommodation:
 Vietnam Bike Adventures Company provides you a double room for a couple, twin room for room-mate and triple room for a family, if someone wishes to have a single room for your own, you have an extra payment.
